30 person team; I was employee #4, Director of Biz Dev. We raised $7M, partnered with Under Armour, Roc Nation, Chipotle, the White Sox, grew to 200k users, then a law change hit and the market collapsed. I left with urgency, humility, and a bias for decisions that move rooms.
